William Dillon

Program Director

William has focused his last 36 years creating a space where children will acquire skills to improve their ability to relate to others and more importantly themselves. He served 18 years in law enforcement with an emphasis on gang violence units. Throughout his career he has gained a vast number of experiences including child self harm, drug use, depression, child sexual misconduct, child emergency situations, trafficking, and more. He is well versed in family trauma. He has spent years in the service of helping people, especially at risk youth. He adopted his own personal mission to save ONE!
